Primary Revenue
Most transactions are structured so seller-paid commissions cover the cost of representation.
On-Site Representation & Travel
When representation is required outside the advisor’s home market, all travel, hotel, and transportation arrangements are seamlessly coordinated and billed directly to the client or family office.
Advisory & Disposition Fees
Certain portfolio dispositions, restructuring projects, or bespoke consulting engagements incur direct advisory fees, quoted in advance based on scope and complexity.
Specialized Services
Additional services such as in-depth market analysis, estate transition planning, or development oversight may be billed on a retainer or project basis.
A detailed fee schedule is available upon request and tailored to the scope of each engagement.
